THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE FOR EASY IMPREGNATION AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An easily impregnated thermoplastic composite is provided to easily impregnate a thermoplastic resin uniformly as a reinforcing fiber material in a thermo compression molding process by forming a mixed needle mat as an intermediate product in which a reinforced fiber layer and a thermoplastic resin film are laminated in turn. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an easily impregnated thermoplastic composite includes the following steps: obtaining a mixed needle mat(A) as an intermediate product by needling multilayers formed by inserting a thermoplastic resin film(4a) in between reinforcing fiber layers(6a); and obtaining a thermoplastic composite sheet having an impregnated resin by cooling at least one or more mixed needle mat after thermo-compression. The thermoplastic composite comprises one sheet of thermoplastic composite by thermally compressing a plurality of needle mats having a reinforcing fiber. The needle mat comprises a mixed needle mat by needling laminated layers made of a reinforcing layer and a thermoplastic resin film in turn.
