The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus, a terminal and a method for an electronic payment system. The electronic payment system comprises a terminal and a service apparatus. The terminal transmits, to the service apparatus, a request for member verification, the request comprising a password entered by a user and an electronic payment application ID. The electronic payment application ID is a unique piece of information for the electronic payment application provided to the terminal. The service apparatus receives, from the terminal, the password and the electronic payment application ID, verifies a member by means of the received password and the electronic payment application ID, and if the password and the electronic payment application ID are determined to be registered, then mediates a payment process.
