摘要 PURPOSE: A heat collecting vaporizing device for an oxygen preparing process and a method for the same are provided to reduce the power consumption of a coolant pump by lowering an inflow temperature of a compressed gas into a washing tower and reducing the use of water in the washing tower. CONSTITUTION: A heat collecting vaporizing device for an oxygen preparing process consists of a compressed gas heat-exchanger (52) and a warm liquid vaporizer (68). Coolant passes through the compressed gas heat-exchanger such that a compressed gas from a compressor (6) passes through the compressed gas heat-exchanger and is heat-exchanged with the coolant. The warm liquid vaporizer receives the coolant in order to vaporize a liquid gas from a liquid storage tank (50). The compressed gas heat-exchanger includes a heat-exchanging tube (54) through which the compressed gas passes. The coolant is heat-exchanged with the compressed gas by flowing along the outer side of the heat-exchanging tube. The outlet of the heat-exchanging tube is in connection to a washing tower (10).
