PURPOSE: A system for measuring and exercising a backbone movement range is provided to induce a correct training corresponding to the movement of a device. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring and exercising a backbone movement range comprises a 3-axis tilt sensor and an angle measurement encoder for measuring right and left and front and rear angles. The 3-axis tilt sensor is attached to the rear center of the shoulder of a user through an angle sensor fixing band to measure the movement of the upper body of the user. The angle measurement encoder is attached to the right and left and front and rear of a device. The angle measurement encoder is stopped when the angle between the device and the user is over 3 degrees and measures a backbone movement range.
