ABSTRACT - 592357 The disclosure relates to oxidized lipids represented by the structural formula shown herein, stereoisomers, optical isomers, enantiomers, racemic mixtures, or stereoisomeric mixtures thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, or hydrates thereof, wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are methods for producing these compounds, and uses thereof in treating or preventing an inflammation associated with endogenous oxidized lipids and related conditions.
