PURPOSE: A cutting oil heat exchanger for machine tools is provided to be used without a separate warming process in winter and to improve cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cutting oil heat exchanger for machine tools comprises a housing (100), a cooling unit, an upper cover (300), a lower cover (400), an upper main body cover (500), and a lower main body cover (600). The inside of the housing is shaped into a cylinder. One side of the housing is equipped with inlet and outlet for cutting oil. Each corner of a rectangular body is formed with a plurality of through-flow-passages. The cooling unit is a passage in which a cooling fluid circulates. The upper and lower covers are equipped in the upper and lower ends of the housing. The upper main body cover seals the upper cover. The upper side of the upper main body cover allows the cooling fluid to flow into the cooling unit. The lower main body cover is equipped in the lower side of the lower cover. The lower main body cover is formed with a pair of guiding fluid passages. |
