PURPOSE: A vehicle black box information service system is provided to provide various services related to an insurance company and an analysis about the driving pattern of vehicle by using the black box information, thereby implementing various vehicle services. CONSTITUTION: A black box (100) is installed to a vehicle. A smart phone (200) communicates with the black box which is installed to the vehicle. A black box application program for managing the black box and the vehicle driving information is installed to the smart phone. A black box service system (300) receives the vehicle driving information and the black box management information, and provides the vehicle black box service related to an insurance company. An insurance service system (400) manages the insurance service information of the corresponding client.
