FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of man's vital needs satisfaction, to personal use articles and travel accessories such as umbrellas characterised by their shape or fixation method. The objective of the invention consists in creation of a beach umbrella with an optimal combination of sizes, shape and design, ensuring its equally stable position independent of the soil the umbrella is installed in as well as space efficiency in the disassembled condition and a small weight which determines high mobility and transportability of the umbrella as well as convenience of its everyday use. The beach umbrella contains a horizontally positioned base thereto the side support is attached whereon the umbrella canopy is fixed. The base is designed in the shape of a polygon with a vertically attached bushing in one of the corners; reinforcements beams stretch from the bushing to the other angles of the base. The side support is inserted into the bushing, tightly fitting; the side support consists of at least three tube segment, tightly attached to other, vertically; the canopy is attached to the upper part of the side support on the same side as the base; the canopy is made of at least one piece of textile, rectangular shaped and having rounded angles; attached along the textile edge is a wire made of spring steel that provides for the canopy keeping its shape.EFFECT: creation of a beach umbrella with an optimal combination of sizes, shape and design, ensuring its equally stable position independent of the soil the umbrella is installed in as well as space efficiency in the disassembled condition and a small weight which determines high mobility and transportability of the umbrella as well as convenience of its everyday use.18 cl, 6 dwg |
