PURPOSE: A core unit for a mold is provided to reduce processing time and manufacturing costs by placing a guiderail on the end protrusion of a slide block. CONSTITUTION: A core unit for a mold comprises a slide block (13), a rotary member (16), a headless bolt (32), and a fixing bolt (36). The slide block is coupled to a slide groove (12) formed on the top surface of a lower fixing plate (8) or an ejector plate to be slid. Multiple oil-less bearings (15) are embedded in the outer surface of the slide block. The headless bolt is screwed on a control hole (19) of the rotary member, and a through hole (33) is formed in the center thereof. The fixing bolt penetrates through the through hole of the headless bolt, and the front end thereof is screwed on the bottom surface of the ground. |
