PURPOSE: Fermented Rubi fructus powder tablets, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent sensory properties of the tablets to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented Rubi fructus powder tablets comprises the following steps: mixing 1kg of Rubi fructus fruit, 2ml of distilled water, 0.1g of sugar, and 0.2g of yeast, and activating the yeast at 30-40 deg. C for 30 minutes-1 hour; adjusting the sweetness of the yeast into 12 Brix, and mixing the yeast with Rubi fructus juice before fermenting the mixture at 20-25 deg. C for 1.5-2.5 days to obtain yeast mash; obtaining Rubi fructus fermented liquid using the yeast mash, and spray-drying or freeze-drying the Rubi fructus fermented liquid to obtain powder; mixing the Rubi fructus powder, xylitol, hydrous glucose, oligosaccharide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C, magnesium stearate, and aspartame; and molding the tablets using the mixture. |
