PURPOSE: A product containing Lactobacillus johnsonii HY7041 with an anti-inflammatory function is provided to induce the expression of Foxp3(Forkhead box p3) transcriptional regulator and to reduce IL-12 expression. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus johnsonii HY7041(deposit number: KCTC 11958BP) has an anti-inflammatory function by enhancing the expression of Foxp3(Forkhead box p3) transcriptional regulator in the regulatory T cells(Tregs). The strain enhances the expression of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. The strain reduces IL-12 expression. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-inflammation contains the strain as an active ingredient. Fermented milk contains the strain as an active ingredient. A health functional food contains the strain as an active ingredient.
