PURPOSE: A method for detecting a target material is provided to resolve detection limit and to ensure high detection selectivity and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a target material comprises: a step of forming a linear or G-quadruplex structure through hydrophobic interaction of molecular aptamer beacon with a cationic conjugated polyelectrolyte-based fluorescent donor depending on the presence of the target material; and a step of causing fluorescent signal changes through FRET(fluorescence resonance energy transfer) phenomenon. The target material is potassium. The aptamer of the molecular aptamer beacon has a potassium-specific base sequence. The base sequence is selected from sequence numbers 1-5. |
