PURPOSE: A safety sign board device is provided to protect pedestrians from accidents by allowing a driver of a vehicle coming from the front or the rear to rapidly recognize the pedestrians. CONSTITUTION: A safety sign board device (300) includes a flickering board (100) and a storage case (200). The flicker board includes a light emitting member and a light tube. The light emitting member is inserted into a light emitting diode (LED) chip insertion unit between a front panel member and a rear panel member and includes a battery operating the LED chip. The light tube encloses the outer periphery of the front panel member and the rear panel member. The storage case is comprised of a main body housing and includes a fixing member and a charging adaptor on one side. The storage case stores the flicker board by including a plurality of storage units on the upper part.
