PURPOSE: A design and construction method for protecting an underwater tunnel is provided to easily and economically design and construct the protection of an underwater tunnel by installing a trunk line to connect a net, a tension leg, an underground pontoon, and a water surface pontoon and mounting the net. CONSTITUTION: A design and construction method for protecting an underwater tunnel comprises the following steps: connecting an underground pontoon and a water surface pontoon to a tension leg fixed to an underground ground surface; installing a trunk line to connect a plurality of underground pontoons in the direction of a tunnel tube; installing the trunk line which interconnects a plurality of underground anchors to support the tension leg in the direction of the tunnel tube; and installing a net by using the underground pontoon, the tension leg, and the trunk line. [Reference numerals] (AA) Manufacture underwater pontoons and water surface pontoons on the ground, combining with an anchor ring based on a underground ground surface; (BB) Transfer underwater pontoons and water surface pontoons on the sea and put the pontoons in the area to be installed; (CC) Connect the underwater pontoons and the water surface pontoons with a tension leg; (DD) Install a trunk line under the water and on the water along the underwater pontoons and the water surface pontoons; (EE) Install a see-bed trunk line along the tension leg with an anchor ring based on the underwater ground; (FF) Fix the underwater pontoons, the water surface pontoons, and the trunk line of the anchor ring based on the underwater ground; (GG) Install a net in the tension leg, the underwater and water surface pontoons, and the trunk line for preventing the sides; (HH) Install a net in the pontoons and the connecting trunk line to prevent the upper surface of a tunnel tube; (II) Diagonally install a rope to support the tension of the net between the trunk lines; (JJ) Process of installing detecting sensors in the preventing system of the installed net at the same interval; (KK) Process of connecting the detecting sensors to the controller installed in the deck with an artificial nerve network; (LL) Process of constructing a comprehensive security monitoring system of the artificial nerve network by installing an underwater camera; (S-01) Installation based on a tension leg and manufacturing pontoons; (S-02) Process of installing a trunk line in in a longitudinal direction with the tension leg; (S-03) Process of installing a net; (S-04) Process of installing a detecting sensor, an artificial nerve network, and an underwater camera; (S-05) Complete the installation in an entire area |
