PURPOSE: A case for a portable device and a cover, and a method for manufacturing a built-in antenna in which an antenna radiator is built-in an inside of an injection molding compound thickness of the built-in antenna for an electronic device are provided to maximize a transmitting efficiency and a receiving efficiency of an antenna by manufacturing the built-in antenna with a minimum thickness in an exposure surface of the antenna radiator to an insert injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A case for a portable device and a cover, and a method for manufacturing a built-in antenna in which an antenna radiator is built-in an inside of an injection molding compound thickness of the built-in antenna for an electronic device comprise the following steps: an antenna radiator (100) is formed integrally with a connection terminal (101); a hole (220) is formed in order to fix a position of the antenna radiator and to flow a resin smoothly; a bend unit (102) is formed by curving a fraction surface for preventing a detachment of the antenna radiator after a first injection molding; a protrusion (230) is formed in an upper side exposure surface of a first injection molding compound (200), and prevents a flow of the injection molding compound; and a built-in antenna (301) is formed through a primary injection mold and a secondary injection mold after separating the antenna radiator from the frame. |
