PURPOSE: A rotary cleaner is provided to manually clean rooms by moving a cleaning unit in a straight line while the cleaning unit is rotated by using the elastic force of an elastic member and to save the energy as the electricity is not used. CONSTITUTION: A rotary cleaner comprises a support shaft (10), a transfer shaft (30), a cleaning unit, and an elastic unit. One end of the elastic unit is fixed to one end of the support shaft and the other end is fixed to the cleaning unit so that the cleaning unit is normally rotated on the other end of the transfer shaft when the other end of the transfer shaft is far from one end of the support shaft by external pressure. The elastic unit rotates the cleaning unit to return to one end of the support shaft when the external pressure is loosened. |
