PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer porous sheet for suction which prevents contact between an object to be sucked and a suction surface by arranging a suction unit to the suction surface, and has a constitution which has not been achieved hitherto.SOLUTION: A porous sheet for suction includes a base layer having air permeability and a surface layer formed on the base layer, the surface layer is formed of a porous body formed by the adhesion of resin particles, the surface roughness (Ra) of a main surface at a side opposite to the base layer side at the surface layer is not larger than 1.0 μm, and the base layer and the surface layer are joined to each other by an air-permeable adhesive layer arranged between the base layer and the surface layer. The base layer and/or the surface layer is formed of, for example, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). |
