PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of uneven fixing of toner onto a recording medium in a direction of plural light sources being arrayed in a fixing device in which the plural light sources are disposed in array.SOLUTION: An optical member 1033 transmits a laser beam LB emitted from a light source 1011 and is a plate-like member having plural optical elements 1034 on its illuminated surface. The optical elements 1034 are arrayed in a width direction and each have a convex form on an irradiated portion 101 side in a cross-section with a transport direction as the normal direction. Uniformity in the width direction of the laser beam LB dispersed by the optical member 1033 is higher than the uniformity in the width direction before being dispersed by the optical member 1033. |
