PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality discharge cell and ozone gas generator.SOLUTION: A discharge cell 2 produces ozone gas. The discharge cell has a cell body 10 having a plurality of stacked substrates, a discharge gap 23 formed between dielectric plates 11a, 11b, thin film electrode layers 21a, 21b formed on the rear surfaces of the dielectric plates 11a, 11b, and a terminal section 30 to electrically connect these with external electric wiring 50. The terminal section 30 has a long hole 31 of superposed elemental holes 15 of the each substrate, and a filler material 33 having electroconductivity. The thin film electrode layers 21a, 21b have rear surface exposing parts 34 exposing in the long hole 31, and the diameters of the elemental holes 15a of the dielectric plates 11a, 11b are made smaller than the diameters of the elemental holes 15 of the other substrates. |
