PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal scraping type automatic dust collector capable of smoothly transferring dust which has drifted to a front surface of a screen and discharging it to a downstream side.SOLUTION: The horizontal scraping type automatic dust collector includes: a screen 10 for blocking intrusion into an intake channel 3 of dust which drifts to the front surface of screen bars 11 by installing the plurality of screen bars 11 turned to a horizontal direction vertically in parallel so as to block the intake channel 3; and a rake 50 for repeating the operation of removing the dust by moving a rake claw 53 inserted between the screen bars 11 on a starting end position side of the screen 10 along the surface of the screen 10, inverting it at a terminating end position side, pulling it out from between the screen bars 11, returning to the original starting end position side and inverting it again. The screen bar 11, at the terminating end position side, is curved in a circular arcuate shape for 90° or more in parallel with a moving track of the inverting rake 50 and then formed into a linear shape turning to the direction of separating from the moving track of the rake 50, and thus the rake claw 53 is gradually pulled out from between the screen bars 11. |
