摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic method for InP nanoparticles having both good solution dispersibility and high PL emission intensity, and nanoparticles synthesized by the synthetic method.SOLUTION: In a method of synthesizing InP nanoparticles, indium trichloride (anhydrous) is used as an In raw material, and tris(dimethylamino)phosphine is used as a P raw material. In a synthesis step, a mixed solution obtained by mixing the In raw material, the P raw material, an organic solvent having a boiling point of 170°C or more, and a particle-surface ligand is heated to a temperature of 150°C or higher and lower than 170°C to synthesize the InP nanoparticles. The particle-surface ligand is an aliphatic amine having 18 or more carbon atoms.
