PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems about which unnecessary connection expenses are generated, a user is constrained long time until update is completed, discrepancy occurs in stored data in a mobile terminal device by forcibly cancelling in the middle of update, and in the worst case, the mobile terminal device may have system trouble, caused by starting update regardless of a connection destination of radio communication when large volume data stored in the mobile terminal device is automatically updated by a server via a network or when update operation is erroneously done.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 100 includes a connection destination priority storage unit 3 for storing in advance a connection destination ID determined for each software program to be downloaded, and if it has been determined it is necessary to download update a software program, the mobile device 100 checks the connection destination priority storage unit 3 with a current connection destination ID 6, determines whether downloading is possible or not by a connection destination priority reference unit 2, and depending on the determination result, a communication unit 4 starts download update by communication. |
