PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking device that enhances production efficiency.SOLUTION: A marking device comprises: a mark drawing section for drawing marks on a plurality of work pieces accommodated in an accommodating container; an image acquiring section for acquiring images of the plurality of work pieces accommodated in the accommodating container; and a controller that causes the images of at least two work pieces selected out of the plurality of work pieces accommodated in the accommodating container to be acquired, individually calculates first positional information of the two work pieces on the basis of the images of the two work pieces acquired, calculates second positional information of work pieces other than the two work pieces selected on the basis of the first positional information of the two work pieces calculated, generates drawing data for drawing the marks on the work pieces on the basis of the first and second positional information calculated and causes the marks to be drawn on the work pieces on the basis of the drawing data generated. |
