An image capture device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a photographic lens formed from two or more lenses which are physically separated, wherein a plurality of regions of the photographic lens have respectively independent focal lengths in correspondence with the combination of the two or more lenses; an image capture element further comprising a plurality of photoreceptor sensors which are respectively disposed in correspondence with the plurality of regions, and which selectively receive a light beam which has passed through and of the plurality of regions; and an image generator unit which generates an image of a photographic subject from an image capture signal which the image capture element outputs. |
