PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module including a leakage current protection circuit.SOLUTION: A power module comprises: a power element 20; and a periphery part connected to the power element. The periphery part further includes: a CMOS; a gate driver 24 connected to a gate of the CMOS and connected via the CMOS to the power element; a control block 22 for operation control of the gate driver; and a leakage current protection circuit whose input terminal is connected to the power element and whose output terminal is connected to the control block. The leakage current protection circuit includes: a plurality of NMOS transistors; a plurality of PMOS transistors connected to the plurality of NMOS transistors; and a comparator whose input terminal is connected to connection wiring of the NMOS transistors and the PMOS transistors and whose output terminal is connected to the control block 22.
