PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodwork product with higher design property to the market by repairing knots or cracks of natural wood material with metal; to establish a technique for making environmental friendly products by reducing a wastage rate of the natural material.SOLUTION: Low melting point metal 6 is embedded in an embedding hole 4 of a concave part of a knot 2 or a crack 3 part on a surface of natural wood material 1. A surface of the buried part is finished to be flush with a surface of the wood material to make processed natural wood material. Low melting point alloy of Sn/Bi, Sn/Cu, Sn/Zn with the melting point of 100-300°C is used for the low melting point metal 6. |
