PURPOSE: A device for processing the surface of plastic coated products and a plastic coated product processed by using the same are provided to freely express letters or patterns on the product and to improve the appearance of the product. CONSTITUTION: A device for processing the surface of plastic coated products comprises a conveyor transfer unit (10), a main body (20), a spraying member (30), an abrasive supply unit (40), a collecting unit (50), a compressor (60), and a dust collector (70). The conveyor transfer unit includes a transfer conveyor (12) installed on an upper part of a support frame (11) and conveys a coated product toward the specific direction. The main body is installed to be supported by the support frame on an upper part of the transfer conveyor. The spraying member is installed inside the main body and sprays an abrasive for processing the surface of the coated product. The abrasive supply unit includes a dust removing hopper (44) interlocking with an abrasive collector (50) and the dust collector. The collecting unit is connected to a gap between a collecting box (53) and the dust removing hopper of the abrasive supply unit by a collecting pipe (54). The compressor connects a pressure hose (61) spraying the abrasive by the pressure and a spraying nozzle (31).
