<p>PURPOSE: A foreign material removal device of a waste synthetic resin recycling system and a method thereof are provided to smoothly separate and remove foreign materials by a filter. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material removal device of a waste synthetic resin recycling system comprises a body(10), a housing(20) for exhaustion, a rotating member(30), a separating member(40), a filter(50), a feeding roller(60), and a discharging roller(70). A melt body inlet port is formed at one end of the body. The fused waste synthetic resin is inflowed through the melt body inlet port. The housing for exhaustion is equipped at the outside of the body to be protruded. The rotating member is rotatably installed inside the housing for exhaustion. The separating member separates the inside of the body, and through-holes are formed in the center of the separator member. The filter is surrounded around the outer surface of the separator member.</p> |
