The present invention refers to a set of reactants (3 vials) for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals of specific molecular targets based on gold nanoparticles labelled with Technetium-99m (99mTc-EDDA/HYNIC_TOC) as novel diagnosis agents useful in nuclear molecular medicine. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a set of reactants (3 vials), totally different from those currently available on the market, for preparing novel specific radiopharmaceuticals (radiopharmaceutical of molecular targets) easily executed for being performed in a hospital radiopharmacy or any cabinet of Nuclear Medicine useful in the diagnosis of tumours with an over-expression of integrins a (v) ß(3) or over-expression of the peptide intended to release gastrin or for detecting the sentinel node.
