PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution server capable of suppressing generation of delay in reading processing even under environment that writing processing can be requested.SOLUTION: A video distribution server is equipped with: an SSD; a counter; a determination part; an output part; a first distribution control part; and a second distribution control part. The counter counts the number of times of distribution requests to content data to be recorded in the SSD. The determination part compares counter values with one another, and determines whether the requested content data belongs to priority data at high order of the number of times of distribution requests. The first distribution control part reads, when first object content data which is a first object of a distribution request belongs to the priority data, the first object content data from the SSD to be cached to a second storage area of the output part, and when a third distribution request to the first object content data is received after caching the first object content data to the second storage area, distributes the first object content data to be cached to the second storage area. |
