PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine control system and a central air-conditioning system, capable of achieving saving energy at low cost.SOLUTION: A refrigerating machine control system 20 includes a refrigerating machine 3 that has a compressor for compressing a refrigerant and cools water; an operation state obtaining part 3a that obtains past predetermined time of ratios of rated power of the refrigerating machine; and a refrigerating machine control part 22 that stops operation of the compressor of the refrigerating machine 3 when the operation state obtained by the operation state obtaining part 3a is input and an operation state of the refrigerating machine 3 for the past predetermined time is low load operation or on/off operation. |
