The network communication portion can communicate with a communication network. The device communication portion can communicate with a first communication device, can communicate with a second communication device, can receive a registration communication, can receive a first communication and can receive a second communication. The registration portion can associate the second communication device with the first communication device based on the registration communication. The controller portion can instruct the device communication portion to transmit the first communication to the first communication device and to transmit the second communication to the first communication device.
