The device has a lamellae plug-in seal (6) provided at an end for sealing a recess in a urinal. A pipe section region (1) comprising an external screw thread (11) is arranged offset to another pipe section region (2) that carries the plug-in seal such that an axis (3) of the former pipe section region is parallely arranged offset to an axis (4) of the other pipe section region. The external screw thread is formed at the latter end of the device for a pressure tight connection of the device to a water line network. The pipe section regions are integrally made of plastic.
