SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING VEHICLE LOAD DYNAMICS

A wheel monitoring system comprising tyre monitors and being configured to monitor a vehicle's movement and to determine changes in the distribution of vehicle load from the detected changes in the vehicle's movement. Data transmitted from the tyre monitors is indicative of tyre load,and the system assigns locations to the tyre monitors by correlating a determined change in the distribution of vehicle load with respective tyre load data obtained from the respective tyre monitors.
