PURPOSE: An image and remote control monitoring system is provided to continuously expand a control system with only an increase in IPs without the replacement of a control center side control system by connecting the control center side control system with a facility side control system on the same network. CONSTITUTION: An image dividing module (311), a power amplifier module (312), a pre-amplifier module (313), a warning input/output module (314) composing a facility side control system (300) connect an unmanned monitoring module (320) and an interphone module (330) with a connection terminal having an intrinsic address and connect a modulation and demodulation codec (302) and a router (301) with the same network. When the facility side control system is additionally connected with a control center side control system (200), a modulation and demodulation codec and a router corresponding to the modulation and demodulation codec and the router of the facility side control system are added to the control center side control system.
