PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing stable printing for a long time in gravure offset printing, by keeping an ink solvent absorptivity of a blanket.SOLUTION: A blanket used as a transfer layer in gravure offset printing includes a surface layer disposed on the surface of the blanket and an inner layer abutting on the surface layer and disposed inside the blanket. An absorptivity of an ink solvent of the inner layer is larger than the absorptivity of the ink solvent of the surface layer.
