PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable writing instrument that facilitates using an elastic part arranged in a shaft tube rear end part, and can be easily carried when moving in the retractable writing instrument having a clip.SOLUTION: A retractable writing instrument is characterized in that a head crown is detachably mounted on the rear end part of a shaft tube by screw fitting, an elastic part having rubber elasticity discoloring or decoloring writings of the writing instrument is arranged in the head crown while exposing the same on the outside surface, an opening part closed by mounting the head crown is arranged in the rear end of a clip mounting part, a clip is detachably mounted on the clip mounting part via the opening part by removing the head crown, the head crown has a rear end surface located in a shaft tube side and a side wall extending from the front end side to the rear end side of the head crown, a plurality of concave grooves extending in a longitudinal direction are arranged in a different positions in a peripheral direction in the outside surface of the side wall of the head crown, through holes or concave parts in communication with the concave grooves and the rear end surface of the head crown are arranged in the rear end part of the head crown. |
