PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station, terminal, communication system, and communication method capable of efficiently designating a physical uplink control channel resource, even when the base station reports control information on the terminal through an extended physical downlink control channel, or a cell radius is small.SOLUTION: A terminal for communicating with a base station monitors a physical downlink control channel arranged to a common search region and a physical downlink control channel arranged to a physical downlink common channel region different from a terminal-specific search region; and reports response information through a physical uplink control channel resource which is determined according to an index of a resource where a physical downlink control channel is detected and an individual shift amount individually set for each terminal, when the physical downlink control channel is detected in the terminal-specific search region. |
