PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning containing soy sauce, suppressing consolidation caused by moisture absorption.SOLUTION: A seasoning containing soy sauce is formed by freezing and drying a raw material seasoning containing liquid soy sauce and a diluting agent. The raw material seasoning satisfies the expressions y≤0.059x, 10<x<80, and 0.5<y<4.0 when the ratio of the diluting agent in a solid content is x mass% and the ratio of the total nitrogen content is y mass%. |
