摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously improve both of distance resolution and speed resolution of a radar device.SOLUTION: A transmitting unit 1 generates pulses of carrying waves, and a radiation unit 3 radiates the pulses to take in reflection waves reflected by an article present in a space. A receiving unit 4 generates reception signals by performing frequency conversion on the reflection waves, and AD converts that by an AD converting unit 5. A signal processing unit 6 extracts signals of two sections shorter than the pulses, from the reception signals of the reflection waves of one pulse, and performs Fourier conversion on the signals of the two sections to generate a frequency area reception signal of each section. The maximum power frequency component of a frequency point of the maximum power in each frequency area reception signal is extracted. Complex conjugate products of the maximum power frequency components of the two sections are calculated, and the complex conjugate products calculated about each radiation pulse is added to obtain a complex conjugate product after integration. A speed calculating unit calculates Doppler speed from a phase of the complex conjugate product after integration.
