PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias voltage generation circuit that can bring out a full function of a differential circuit having cascode elements.SOLUTION: The bias voltage generation circuit for generating bias voltages V11, V12 includes: a current source 31 connected to GND; a transistor M11 connected to the current source 31 and diode-connected; a transistor M12 connected between the transistor M11 and VCC and having a gate connected to a gate of the transistor M11; a current source 32 connected to GND; a transistor M13 connected to the current source 32; a transistor M14 connected between the transistor M13 and VCC and having a gate connected to the current source 32; a node N11 connected to gates of the transistors M11, M13; a node N12 connected to the gate of the transistor M14 and the current source 32; and a transistor M15 for adjusting the bias voltage V11 in response to a control input C1. |
