PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber combiner capable of suppressing loss of light, and a laser device using the same.SOLUTION: An optical fiber combiner 1 includes: a plurality of optical fibers 20 for input; a plurality of divergence angle reduction members 50 on which light beams emitted from respective optical fibers 20 for input impinge respectively and from which light beams resulting from the reduction in divergence angle of the light beams from the optical fibers 20 for input are emitted; a bridge fiber 30 on which the light beams emitted from respective divergence angle reduction members 50 impinge and which has a taper portion 34 where a light propagation part has the diameter gradually reduced as a propagation portion of light separates from the divergence angle reduction members 50; and an optical fiber 40 for output on which light emitted from the side opposite to the divergence angle reduction members 50 of the bridge fiber 30 impinges.
