PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table device capable of preventing occurrence of an operation fault as much as possible even when thermal expansion occurs in a workpiece mounting table or another member.SOLUTION: In a table device including a workpiece mounting table, and a linear guide device for guiding the table, a table device described in Claim 1 is structured such that an adapter is interposed between a slider constituting the linear guide device and the table; the table and the adapter are firmly fixed to each other; and a space is formed between a bolt for fixing the adapter and the slider, and a bolt hole to make the adapter and the table slidable. In the table device described in Claim 1, a table device described in Claim 2 is structured such that the slider and the adapter are firmly fixed to each other; and a space is formed between the bolt for mounting the adapter and the table, and the bolt hole to make the table slidable. |
