PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for adding a striking mechanism to an actuator and an electric heating actuator in which a phase change of a working fluid is utilized.SOLUTION: An actuator includes a stopper part 111 and a heating part 140 of a dense state. The stopper part 111 has a means for keeping a resistant state to a plunger part 122 to the extent that the pressure in an evaporation chamber reaches the designed pressure when the plunger part 122 advances, keeping an unresistant state when the pressure in the evaporation chamber exceeds the designed pressure, and keeping the unresistant state to the plunger part 122 to the extent that retreat of the plunger part is stopped when the plunger part 122 retreats. |
