PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle housing member, to/from which a portable device can be attached and detached with a change of an angle of a part for housing the portable device.SOLUTION: This on-vehicle housing member includes: a base part; a housing part 30; a fixing mechanism for detachably fixing a portable device 11 to the housing part 30; and a turning mechanism for turning the housing part 30 in a direction of expanding in relation to the base part. The turning mechanism includes a body part, which supports the housing part 30 and which is fitted to the base part freely to be displaced between a first position and a second position and which turns to a direction of expanding the housing part 30 with a displacement from the first position to the second position. The fixing mechanism can be changed between a fixing state that an energizing and holding part 42 and a vertical wall part 41 hold the portable device 11 between them with a displacement of the body part from the first position to the second position and a non-fixing state that the energizing and holding part 42 and the vertical wall part 41 do not hold the portable device 11 between them with a displacement of the body part from the second position to the first position. |
