PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper cleaner that can appropriately remove a liquid attached to a wiper which wipes a liquid jetting head and to provide a maintenance apparatus having the wiper cleaner and a liquid jetting apparatus having the maintenance apparatus.SOLUTION: A wiper cleaner 25 is mounted on a mounting position arranged on a moving path of a wiper 38 reciprocating along a first direction and includes an abutting surface 54a for curving a part of a wiper blade 37 from a distal end to the proximal end side to a second direction opposite to the first direction by abutting on the wiper blade 37 moving to the first direction. The abutting surface 54a is formed to be slanted so as to be brought into surface contact with a surface facing the first direction side when curving the wiper blade 37 to the second direction.
