The radiographic apparatus is provided with first and second integrated value-calculating units (33, 38), which identify regions where a foil shadow due to a grid foil is straddling pixels on the basis of the geometry in said regions and determine the integrated value of the straddling due to the foil shadow in the identified regions. Even if a grid foil shadow is straddling pixels due to twisting or bending of the grid foil, because said regions are identified on the basis of geometry and the integrated value of the straddling due to the shadow is determined in the identified regions, the foil shadow is removed on the basis of the integrated value of the straddling even if the size of the X-ray grid or the flat panel X-ray detector (FPD) (3) changes. As a result, the foil shadow can be removed for X-ray grids and FPDs (3) of a variety of sizes, taking grid foil twisting and bending into consideration. |
