The system has a retention element (10) i.e. laminated spring, including a retention region with a drive, which moves the retention region into a position. A pedal body (1) interacts with a shoe plate (3). A releasing-clamp region (9) includes a tread region (13), which is force-fit and/or material engagingly connected with the pedal body. The tread region protects the retention element. The spring includes an end piece with a geometry i.e. hole, which is suited for receiving or interacting with a fixing element. The retention element is secured against lifting by the tread region.
