<p>Provided is a solar cell having improved reliability. A solar cell (1) is provided with a photoelectric conversion section (20), and an electrode (14). One main surface (20b) of the photoelectric conversion section (20) includes a silicon surface configured of silicon. The electrode (14) is disposed on the photoelectric conversion section (20). The electrode (14) includes a tin oxide layer (16), and a metal layer (17). The tin oxide layer (16) is disposed on the silicon surface. The metal layer (17) is disposed on the tin oxide layer (16). The tin oxide layer (16) includes a first tin oxide layer (16a), and a second tin oxide layer (16b). The second tin oxide layer (16b) is laminated on the first tin oxide layer (16a). The second tin oxide layer (16b) has oxygen concentration lower than that of the first tin oxide layer (16a). At least one of the surface layers of the tin oxide layer (16) is configured of the second tin oxide layer (16b).</p> |
