PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell rear face sealing sheet having good hydrolysis resistance, electrical insulation properties and gas barrier properties, further hardly causing distortion during processing, and also having good productivity.SOLUTION: A solar cell rear face sealing sheet is made of only one sheet of a polyester film. In the polyester film, a carboxyl terminal concentration of polyester constituting a film is 25 eq/ton or less relative to polyester. The polyester film has: a thickness of 150-380 μm; a length of crystals of 30 Å or more, the crystals being oriented in the longitudinal direction in (-105 plane) measured by wide angle x-ray diffraction; a value of an MOR (MOR-C) in terms of a film thickness of 50 μm of 1.0-2.0; and a film density of 1.37-1.40 g/cm. |
